After 25 years in a variety of educational settings, Susan Gallander was inspired to provide engaging G/T experiences for ALL students. Using her master's degree in Social Studies curriculum and instruction, Ms. Gallander created hundreds of teacher-friendly lessons that incorporate instant challenges in TEKS-aligned Social Studies content for grades kindergarten through six. These lessons are called Mind Missions and they are used across the great state of Texas in Gifted & Talented, Social Studies, and Language Arts classrooms.
