In this presentation, Dr. Frank C. Worrell will review several definitions of giftedness and discuss contributing factors and considerations for supporting students' gifts and talents.  He will argue that giftedness is the outcome of a talent development process that involves appropriate opportunities, curriculum matched to student strengths, and motivational factors.
