Observational checklists are valid tools for recognizing talent and potential in K-12 students. The SIGS-2 seeks to build on the 15-year tradition of the SIGS, helping schools identify diverse talent. Participants will gain an understanding of how the SIGS-2 is an effective screening and identification protocol for potentially gifted students.
